What is life really all about?

Where did we come from?

How did we get here?

Where are we going?

Is this all there is to life?

What happens after I die?

In the following posts I am purposing to answer these questions as honestly as I can.

A Galaxy is pictured, the vastness of which challenges human comprehension. The unique splendor and awesome majesty of the starry heavens floods our minds with sincere and honest questions. What's life all about? Where did it all originate? How did it all get here? What's keeping it all together? Why? And, where are we going?

Has such complex order and beauty originated simply by chance? Surely such marvelous and intricate order has an intelligent origin. The greatest scientific minds have yet to fully comprehend the marvels and grandeur of our own Galaxy, let alone the others they inform us are still being birthed, as we live out our life on planet earth.

Answers! We seek for honest answers to honest questions.

Our solar system is so vast, it far exceeds human sight. Strangely, its materials consists of atoms so small they too exceed natural human sight.

However, what we can see from these two extremes is the significance of a central power, around which everything else revolves. This attention to such fine detail must originate from an extremely intelligent source.

How could something so calculated originate in a

spontaneous uncalculated, "Big Bang"? Something so intricate, so detailed, so vast it demands we seek the truth of creation. There is an intelligent source at the heart of all we can and cannot see.

Is it a coincidence that the earth is the only known planet in our solar system capable of sustaining natural human life? If we are able to learn anything from history it's the fact that planet earth is home for the human race. And what an amazing place it is!

What incredible discoveries have been made and harnessed, giving a much improved quality of life for many people. The advances in medicines have gone a long way to sustaining life.

It's very interesting to note that with all our so called improvements, and advancements in knowledge, we still lack the needed abilities to live at peace with one another. The past hundred years have seen two world wars and countless smaller ones on several continents.

While humanity has been purposing to advance, it seems that the natural resources are steadily being depleted. Various scientific groups have issued numerous critical warnings It's as if the earth is running out of the things we need to sustain life as we know it.

Our free release of various toxins into the atmosphere is causing Global pollution. Governments are legislating new laws in hopes of curtailing a catastrophic situation. It's very serious.

Adding to the list of an already stressful environment is the increased threat of nuclear exchange and atomic pollution. Where is this all leading us? Will there be an end to life as we know it? Where can we find answers and solutions?

Human solutions are not only limited by human intelligence, they’re also limited by the wisdom necessary to implement them. At these critical times we need to seek both from a higher source.

The Bible is by no means new. It has endured two thousand years of scholastic scrutiny. It’s wisdom and knowledge remains relevant, even in our sophisticated society. The most credible testimony to its authenticity is the lives that have been are today being so powerfully affected by its truth. Others experiences should never be ignored.

What we experience on earth is no surprise to the Bible’s Author. We are clearly told that our plant will wear out and that people will be at war with each other. If left to ourselves the earth would be completely destroyed. Shouldn't we be seeking God's help?

Why Jesus? Why does the Bible say that He’s the only Savior? He’s the only One authored by the Father to take away our sins and give us new life. He satisfied the Father,s judgment of sin.

Sin is any thought or action contrary to God’s standards. These thoughts and actions of rebellion must be accounted for, and judgement executed. It was for these sins Jesus suffered and died. He alone paid the penalty of human sin. He was judged for sin in our place this qualifies Him to the Savior of the world.

Jesus’ death on the cross, His shed blood was accepted by the Father as payment in full for sin and sufficiently opens the way for all to be saved if they choose to accept God’s terms. His terms are - repent of sin and make Jesus your Lord and Savior.

The Father’s acceptance of Jesus’ sacrificial death for our sins was honored; He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in heaven. Jesus lives today as Lord of lords and King of kings.

Jesus will return to finalize God’s purposes on earth. When He returns He will receive all who love Him and are eagerly waiting His glorious appearing. At this time Jesus will also execute God’s judgment against all who have rejected His love by rejecting His Son. All things are renewed and the Kingdom of God established on earth.

For those who have received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior the future is bright; eternal life with the God who loves them. The true purposes of God for people on earth will be realized.
